Low Carb Cheesy Baked Cauliflower Tots
Hi Fellow Low-Carbers:
Every time I find an easy, low carb recipe, I like to post it. But I especially love it when there’s a super short video to accompany the instructions. Well, today I found a great tasting alternative low-carb recipe for tater tots from Kalyn’s Kitchen. It’s called Low Carb Cheesy Baked Cauliflower Tots. The ingredients are so simple, and it takes very little prep time. Watch this 1-minute video.
1 MINUTE VIDEO – LOW CARB CHEESY CAULIFLOWER “TATER” TOTS
Ingredients:
1/2 large head caulflower, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup sharp cheddar
1/4 cup coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
2 T almond flour
1/2 tsp. Vege-Sal (or a slightly smaller amount of salt)
1/2 tsp. All Purpose Seasoning (any kind)
fresh-ground black pepper to taste
1 egg
